- Responsibilities
- Preparation of periodical reports.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities are properly recorded & documented
- Executing the work order issued by the superiors with specified standards.
- Response to emergencies and breakdowns.
- Assist to perform the Plumbing, electrical and other works when and where required.
- Advises supervisor concerning major repairs / changes required.
- Complies with local rules, regulations and codes and works.
- Monitors performance and adjusts HVAC equipment to obtain maximum efficiency
