Job description
Analyze the assigned work order and allocate jobs to crew members.
Supervise the work of crew members and carefully diagnose the causes of equipment failure.
Place requests for spare parts & consumables required for the job.
Check equipment that requires repair, confirm the faults and instruct subordinates on the repair procedure that must be followed.
Supervise and participate in all repair works, providing appropriate work directions to subordinates
Check all completed works and verify that the repaired equipment is operational and ready to use.
Prepare reports and provide his Foreman with the required records and paper work of all completed jobs.
Monitor the progress of planned maintenance programs or repair works assigned to him and strictly adhere to them.Compliance in accordance with Company policies & procedures and HSE standards.
