Job description

• coordinate with contractors and mall management from the design level to execution level.Coordinate wit
• Quotation evaluation and finalization of the same
• Facilitate all the tasks for new store, renovation and evacuation
• Managing budget, keeping within budget or below and prepare budget reports to justify expenditure
• Responsible for aspects of interior design from schematic design phase through installation and project closeout.
• Regularly visit ongoing projects to monitor progress and quality.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by contractors.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved the project.

• UAE Driving License
• Strong background in project and design management for retail fit-out projects
• Familiarity with project management software
• Strong understanding of Microsoft project planner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
