Job description

Carrying out day-to-day administration works, travel arrangements, co-ordinating with office coordination of purchasing the general items and legal documents issuance and renewal. Assisting the recruitments, and the strategic planning of the Administration department. Co-ordinate to get the work permits & visas for the new employee as per the recruitment plan and the renewal of the same for the currents employees.

Handling day-to-day Admin work, as expected in a medium scale manufacturing company
Assist recruitment and deployments, as per the approved recruitment plan.
Handling all approved travel requisitions and company vehicle arrangements 
Handle the employees requests pertaining to Admin
Assist in the renewal of the work permits and visas of the employees
Handle the Leaves records of the employees
Manage the booking of the flights tickets for the employees annual leave 
Renew the Industrial License, establishment card, Tadweer, Immigration card ..etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent.  

5 years of experience of Admin section in an industrial organization. 
Understanding of UAE Labor Law and the regulations of the respective ministries.
