Job Description

Assist the Network Team Lead in delivery of Network Services, maintaining its quality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and policies.

• Assist the Network Team Lead in ensuring trouble-free operations of telecoms data network infrastructure in project inclusive of all Primary/Backup Circuits and LAN/WAN Active Components
• Assist the Network Team Lead in identify risks to service delivery, and assist in the implementation of approved solutions to address said risks
• Assist the Network Team Lead in developing data network infrastructure capability, with direction from the Telecoms Manager and Technical Architect, to meet agreed service targets
• Participate in telecom and data network infrastructure enhancement projects
• Assist the Network Team Lead in executing telecoms data network infrastructure related 'changes'
• Standardisation of configurations and recommend service improvements where appropriate
