- Graduate in any field of engineering or equivalent
- Experience of 5 years in refinery industry.
- Responsible for participating in the recruiting, selection, and training of the entire staff and the supervision, development, and appraisal .
- This includes the ability to lead effective meetings, to recognize and give clear direction, and the ability to motivate employees to develop to their best potential.
