Job description
Designation: Sales Coordinator
Objective: To coordinate with customer & internal department for the achieving the customer satisfaction the best quality product with the norm of quality & maintaining the harmonious relation.
Process Purchase orders, sales contract, WRO to the production, and follow up on order acknowledgement and delivery date advice to customers
Generate and follow up on quotation status
Update orders and quotation database
Support sales team on a daily basis
Receive goods and prepare outgoing delivery
Handle and manage customers' direct enquiries via phone calls, emails or web enquiries
Prepare sales reports for sales team
Coordinate with every department to deliver the material in proper time.
Handle e-commerce orders when necessary
Age: 25- 28 Years
Experience: 5- 7 Year exp
Sex: Male
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate.
Salary: DH 2500/- to 3500/- (Accommodation & Transportation Provided)
Salary will be finalized in final interview.
Language : Good in communication.
