Job description
Our leading client an oil and gas sector is looking forward to recruit for the position of "Reliability Engineer(Electrical) in Abu Dhabi.
Job Duties:
Job Duties:
- Bsc Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. With Complement training on reliability engineering.
- 10 Years of electrical engineering maintainence in oil,petrochemical industry with good knowledge of modern maintainence tools.
- Provide technical expertise with experience-based knowledge and assistance to technical and operation divisions on all matters related to electrical engineering,instrumentation,HVAC.
- Carry out reliability studies,FMEA,Root Cause Analysis and advise assets on reliability engineering issues.
- Carry out Life Cycle cost analysis foe equipment and plants.
- Assist Fields,maintainence support department in reviewing maintainence practices,philosophies and strategies.
- Assist in developing maintainence programmes with the objective of achieving high service factors at optimum cost.
- Liase with engineering in specification of new equipment and installations of new projects.
- Advise maintainence support on trouble shooting of non-routine equipment failure,cause analysis..
- Review spare parts and advise on stock level optimisation.
- Act as technical custodian for the electrical/instrumentation equipment.
- Condust surveys on HVAC,Electrical installations and prepare action plans.
- Conduct audit on maintainence practices and faciliate workshop on RCM.
