Education qualification Minimum graduation in Professional stream (such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar steam) with Specialization in Interior designing or Housekeeping
Years of exp: 5- 8 yrs relevant experience

Job Description
- Periodically visit all the premises to ensure up keeping of all premises
- Prepare Audit reports after every visit in a structured format, along with the suitable recommendations
- Establish congenial relationship with the business units and address their grievances
- Play the role of 'Admin Ambassador' to communicate efficiently with business units
- Make suitable recommendations to the management for renovations, retrofitting, minor fit-out works etc.
- Assign the actionable items to respective units and follow up for completion.
- Upon completion of tasks visit the location to ensure the work has been carried out as per the recommendation
- Escalate non compliances suitably to the management for their attention
- Maintain necessary MIS related to work and develop reports periodically as required
- Scan the market for potential improvement opportunities of Admin services in premises.
- Ensure continual growth in line with current market trend
