Position: IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Description:
HR experience with Border Guard protection and monitoring operations in one (or more) of the domains of
Land, Maritime, Air (to support land and maritime) and Intelligence. 15 years direct experience required.
Key Position Attributes :
HR Management experience.
Extensive experience in the recruitment, vetting, interviewing and mobilizing of large teams.
Ability to develop terms of references and conduct candidate searches for maritime specialists.
