Job Title : PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Reports To : Defects Liability Manager
Department : EMW Contracting Division

Job Purpose :
Under the supervision and monitoring of Department Manager, the job holder contributes to administrative functions by executing and controlling the standard departmental administrative procedures.

Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Making Reports ( PSI, Expenses, and Monthly Report for Department/Division Manager )in order to review financial statuses.
  2. Perform a control secretarial works for department Manager's Office to contribute Department administrative works.
  3. Carries out billing against Advance & Credit balances in ORACLE so that credit information can be promptly retrieved.
  4. Execute Project Creation functions in ORACLE ( Revenue & Cost Budget & Tasks ) in order to facilitate system transactions related to DLP projects.
  5. Develop and implement the process related to document control and management.
  6. Manage the process of distribution of internal and external correspondences.
  7. Ensure documents are kept in a categorized way for easy tracing in order to be referred as and when needed.
  8. Check and approve documents before its filed to verify accuracy.
  9. Provide system reports whenever required.
  10. Maintaining Petty cash.
  11. Attending the Telephone calls from Clients/customertc.
  12. Maintaining the Dedicated Value Material Requisitions Log & Sub-Contractors Payment Certificate Log for the DLP Manager Office.

Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
  • 3-5 years experience in Contracting companies
  • Good command of English language, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills, i.e. Microsoft office
  • Communication skills.
  • Age - 25-35
