* Marine or Mechanical Diploma
*Must have Awareness of the PC application programs
* Must be Certified IMO 1, (Industrial Maritime Organization Courses)
* Must be certified in Fast Boat Coxswain
* Must have more than 4 years experience in:
- Maintenance experience of Oil spill response equipment
- Deployment, recovering all type oil spill compact operation
* Fluent in English with good communication skill.
