DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | |
Country Level brand leadership and responsibility for a leading global brand | |
Leading sales, service and operations in accordance with global standards | |
Responsible for the sales strategy and their execution to meet sales targets and objectives | |
Responsibility for brand strategy and positioning | |
Organizing and optimally managing showroom and after-sales activities | |
Responsibility for marketing and sales promotional initiatives | |
Liaison with Principals and adherence to contracted obligations | |
Management of inventory and logistics | |
Define operating procedures and work flow processes | |
Human resources recruitment, training and development | |
Responsibility for the profitability and viability of the operations | |
REQUIRED PROFILE | |
10-12 years overall experience, with demonstrable exposure to global brands of automobiles, with emphasis on brand management | |
Should have preferably worked with a German brand, leading sales function for a distribution operation | |
Prior experience in Nigeria or other West African country will be an advantage | |
Degree holder in business or related discipline | |
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (English) | |
ERP/MS Office conversant | |
