Job description
Activities:
Involved in hardware configuration, system configuration, and system testing &quality ,systems deployment along with Yokogawa DCS Resident Engineer .
Performed applications programming using the system software.
Familiars with graphics like display graphs, bar graphs, real time.
Day to Day activities (job distribution , safety talk, permit authorization )
check the ESD/FGS (Yokogawa) levels by the lowest level to end by the highest one.
Familiar with CS-300 software Yokogawa.
Familiar with Prosafe RS software Yokogawa.
Review plant or field operating data basis and advises on optimization of utility.
P r ep a r at i o n and designs and implements special testing progress as necessary to anticipate , evaluate and resolve process problem .
Check the commissioning procedure and implementation and troubleshooting during Com/start up/operation
support to process superintendent
Review OTPs and responsible for performing OTPs.
LiaClient with subcontractor's vendors and client system.
Coordinate process design and engineering for plant modification
Worked as Process & Safety Engineer in oil & gas project
Testing of OTS models along with integrated DCS for SRU, TGTU, ARU, SWS and SGP units.
Well Experience of various units of refinery like Amine regeneration, Sour water stripping, sulphur recovery unit, Tail Gas Treatment Unit (TGTU), Palletetisation unit & Saturation Gas Plant.
Has done safe start-up, shut down of SRUT at the level of Panel Engineer.
Has handled emergency situation as Panel Engineer /Operator such as HP steam failure, HC slippage, MAB
trip, Condenser failure, Reactor runaway temperature, etc.
Preparation of SOP, logic reports and conducting class room sessions for the operation staffs.
Has played an efficient role at the level of panel officer in the logic checking, dry-out and commissioning of
MCC, Claus Reactor, and Super Claus Reactor & Thermal Oxidizer in SRU.
Maintain the Thermal Oxidizer temp by properly oxidizing the H2S into SO2 & avoiding H2S slippaClient.
Modification Proposed and implemented in ESD logic systems for smooth start-up of plant and it has been implemented with high priority in SATORP.

At least 15years in Oil &Gas Plant Expert(Pre-Comm. &Comm. Phases)
At Least 10 years in D C S/ESD /FGS YOKOGAWA EX PERIENCE
