Designation: Training Coordinator (Non-Bulk Requirement)
Education qualification: Minimum graduation in any discipline
Salary: AED 7,000 /-
Years of exp: Minimum 2 years
Key Skills required
Excellent knowledge of computers, especially MS Excel
Experience in using Oracle desirable
Fluent in English
Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate multiple training sessions from start to finish within required timeframes.
Update data on the internal systems and maintain employee training records
Provide feedback to program participants and management
Prepare various reports and dashboards from various data sources (excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills needed)
Track and report on training outcomes
Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
Website content editing
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
Participate in key projects of the business
Ad-hoc projects / tasks
Coordinate off-site training activities for employees (including Abu Dhabi & Dubai)
Tracking learning budget on a daily basis
