Job description
This Vacancy is with one of our clients in Oil&Gas:¿ 10years experience (5years minimum in middle east)as
Construction Manager in large-scale EPC Oil & Gas /
Petrochemical / Utility projects.
¿ Study the contract / construction documents;
¿ Prepare List of Project deliverables related to
construction and Coordinate preparation of Method
Statements, Shop drawings etc. required for the
project.
¿ Execute the project as per contract condition within the
time specified;
¿ Supervise stores functions and prepare monthly
requirement of consumables and raise Material
requisitions, through material controller;
¿ Advise the project manager for ¿items not in
scope/BOQ¿ and variation / Field Change Order
requirements
¿ Construction cost control & management.
¿ Arrange necessary Manpower, Material,
Vehicles/Equipments, tools/tackles. Raise Material
Requisitions wherever necessary and follow up
