Job Location: - Abu Dhabi

Eligibility and Background:B.E. Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Experience: 7 to 10 years.

Work Experience with specifics to:

Technical functions:-

¿Develop specifications for Control Systems based on PLC/DCS configurations.
¿Design and evaluation of control system proposals.
¿Preparing schematic diagrams for PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
¿Designing and developing schematics and drawings for PLLC control panels interface drawings, control circuits, power circuits.
¿Creating project schedules/plans, engineering designs/drawings and technical specifications as per clients requirements, process flow and P& I diagrams.
¿Develop functional specifications, instruments data sheets, etc.
¿Develop drawings and documents required for implementing SCADA related jobs.
¿Reviewing design and documents prepared by the respective Design Engineers and conducting verification of drawings and documents done by the Design Engineers.
¿Identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment¿s through application of troubleshooting tools.
¿Detailed engineering, system engineering, instrument sizing and preparing of instrument data sheets, specifications, layouts, loop drawings & logic diagrams.
¿Maintaining, modifying & developing logic programs on Scada platform & transferring data from different platforms through PLC, etc.
¿Supervising commissioning activities viz.simulation and loop checking of various instruments; in adherence to the company¿s standards and specifications.
¿Deploying various methodologies to analyze various processes, recommending modifications to minimize escalations, reduce rejection, realize operational efficiency, control variability

1.Design :Microsoft Visio, Auto CAD
2.PLC Programming software :RSL OGIX5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000,IPDS and A.I Programming software packages.
3.Communication software:RSLinx, II Party serial and OPC Derivers(KEPware)
4.Network Architecture :Ethernet, Control Net, Device Net, A-B DH+/RIO, Modbus RTU/ASCII.
5.ScadaPackages :RS View32, RS View SE Redundant SCADA Client/Server configurations.
6.Operating Systems:MS-DOS, Windows, Windows XP.
7.Packages:MS-Office
