Job description
¿ Managing day to day operation in accordance with client¿s requirements and project plans.¿ Controlling and supervising all departments like Design, Contracts, Production and Execution.
¿ Making detailed construction drawings for all types of architectural & interior designs.
¿ Project planning, control & coordination.
¿ Liaise with the design, procurement and production teams working on the project.
¿ Set the estimated budget; monitor the Factory expenditures and financial performance.
¿ Efficiently use of materials, machines, and employees to minimize the costs and optimize for processes efficiency.
¿ Review production costs and product quality, modify production and inventory control programs to maintain & enhance profitable operations of the Factory.
¿ Production follow-up like cutting, veneering, pressing, assembling, sanding, painting, delivery etc.
¿ Co-coordinating the day to day process with production, purchase, stores and site engineers.
¿ Maintenance of records for factory, machines, vehicles etc.
¿ Salary:13,000-15,000 AED
¿ UAE Driving license is a must
