Job description
Our client a leading Automobile industry is look out for the below position:-Technical Training Manager
¿ Designing a technical training plan by evaluating the training needs of the dealers & delivering them to the technical instructors/ technicians.
¿ Providing the Sales/Aft Sales/Spare Parts Teams with Nissan service technicians Education Program training, new model product training, NSC tool and equipment support, Trainer support etc .
¿ Implementing motivation programs like awards and recognitions for the dealer technical staff in order to develop brand awareness.
¿ Coordinating with the dealer training instructors on a daily basis to arrange for training needs analyses and training operations.
¿ Vehicle maintenance & service hand skills are mandatory .Nissan vehicles service knowledge would be a huge plus .
¿ 3-5 years in vehicle after sales/ dealer development/Automotive technical training.
¿ Good Communication skills preferably in English & Arabic or English & French .
¿ Willingness to travel in the given region.
¿ Candidates residing outside UAE can also apply!
¿ Nissan Experience is a Must!
¿ Salary:15,000 AED
