Job description
¿ The role entails managing the entire business across Ghana for all divisions(Commodities, Auto/Frozen fruits/FMCG) .¿ Strategic and P&L responsibility for the region & develop strong network of contacts, manage and maintain good relationships with trader and agency, government bodies within the region.
¿ Strong marketing ability to develop and build new customer base. Build new initiatives by managing risk across the value chain.
¿ Effective leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
¿ Resourceful, proactive and analytical with positive work attitude. Highly independent with excellent communication skill
¿ Managing staff, training, developing and counseling
¿ Manage the complete process of supply chain, logistics and accounts
¿ 15 years experience in a similar role . West Africa experience is must
¿ Graduate with MBA required
