Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitoring the departments¿ performance as well as handling all workshop activities¿ Continuous check on workshop controller¿s about workshop throughputs.
¿ Creating dealership service and pricing policies for approval by the Management.
¿ Responsible to solve all technical problems using manufacturer¿s diagnostic tools
¿ Procuring and deploying new technologies based on manufacturers recommendation.
¿ To make sure that all vehicles pass through quality test.
¿ To define policies for attaining highest degree of customer satisfaction
¿ Planning for staff to be hired, informed and regularly trained for the service, parts and body departments
¿ Coordination with front office and spare parts for smooth operations.
