Job description

¿ He will be responsible for the overall strategic, organizational and financial responsibility for the Operations/Sales/Logistics/Engineering/Finance/Human Resources, achieving the company performance targets against the objectives and the growth strategy.
¿ Candidates should have project / finance / risk management skills, excellent negotiation/ interpersonal / problem solving / time management and leadership skills.
¿ Must be a strategic business planner with numerical aptitude and strong understanding of the country politics, culturally open-minded, strong and effective communicator with excellent command of English. Knowledge of Arabic is added advantage.
¿ Male candidates with Bachelors or Master¿s degree in Business Administration, preferably with engineering background,
¿ 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years of related work, together with field experience in a managerial role in Kuwait.
¿ Age - 40 to 45 years.
