Job description

Project Planning & Monitoring:
¿?Initiate project plan & schedules of deliverables as and when required
¿?Review the progress of project against the set target on regular basis
¿?Evaluate the project performance periodically & identify the areas of improvement
¿?Develop the action and recovery plan to support program delivery on time
Project Construction & Co-ordination:
¿?Ensure continuous interaction with the project team via day to day activity updates,
progress or constraints faced in the project execution
¿?Develop an effective Implementation plan of projects- HSE & PQP
¿?Monitor the progress of HSE & PQP for all projects
¿?Ensure all activities are carried out as per the contract agreement
¿?Maintain the customer satisfaction and liaison with local legal regulations
¿?Ensure availability of resources, materials required for construction
Contract Management:
¿?Develop and administer the project budgets across the company
¿?Plan and optimize the project expenditures to achieve budgeted profits
¿?Monitor the progress and notify the client on any delays occurred
¿?Evaluate the cost associated with the delays and communicate the same to the Head of
Operations and later with the client
¿?Reschedule the project execution or the variation in the project on confirmation from the
client/customer. Justify and minimize the delay of the project
¿?Ensure regular and timely payments and collections regarding the project

Engineering & Procurement:
¿?Finalize vendors in liaison with procurement team within the budget & schedule
¿?Assessing and engaging sub-contractors for the project
¿?Monitoring and controlling the activities of sub-contractors
Project Interfacing:
¿?Regular interactions with the customers, consultants, vendors and specialized agencies for
technical, quality and commercial related issues
Customer Relationship Management:
¿?Handle and prioritize the customer complains as and when arises
¿?Initiate corrective and preventive actions against the customer complains raised and the
non-confirming situations during the project execution
¿ Should have 20+ years of experience on execution and completion of a numbers projects with value of 200-300 million in the MEP industry.
¿ This includes planning, executing and wrapping up projects on time, on budget, and fulfills any other criteria the client sets.
¿ Should in a Bachelors in Engineering along with PMP Certification
¿ He must possess good decision and problem solving skills along with communication and people management skills.
