Job description

¿ Produce stretching yet realistic budgets for branch sales to ensure continuous development and improvement of the business.
¿ In line with the business strategy and directly with the Branch Sales Executives, ensure that programmes and controls are in place to achieve the calendared budgets.
¿ Ensure that correct levels of the right caliber of staff in line with budget are recruited across defined areas of responsibility.
¿ Provide on-going training, coaching and development support.
¿ Ensure that the Sales Operation achieve the CSI result in line with the strategic objective
¿ Ensure each team member has a permanently active individual in CSI improvement plan.
¿ At Least University Graduate, Preferably Post Graduate in Management (Specialization in sales and marketing).
¿ Minimum 5-6 years experience as a Branch Sales Manager in a reputable automotive company.
¿ Excellent computer skills on MS-Excel and Power Point.
¿ Working knowledge of SAP / Any other ERP System - Preferable
