Job description

¿ Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
¿ Able to handle inbound / outbound requests via multiple channels
(phone, email, mail, fax).
¿ Able to collect and handle personal information with care and respect (confidentiality).
¿ Act as an ambassador of the brand.
¿ Previous experience in working with premium brands or the automotive industry would be an advantage.
¿ University Degree
¿ Excellent command of spoken and written English & Arabic is a Must!
