Job description
¿ Preparing, Analyzing and explaining to clients progress evaluation reports.¿ Inform all existing clients about new products launched.
¿ Identifying potential clients and suggesting ways on converting them to loyal clients .
¿ Looking for project management experience with CRM .
¿ Efficiently manages projects with clients, third parties, as well as internal parties. Keeps projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
¿ Training new candidates on telephone skills, customer handling, complaint handling and survey conducting.
¿ Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
¿ 2-3+ years¿ experience in project management
¿ Background in automotive industry and / or with premium brands preferred.
¿ Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic is a must!
