Our client, a Facility Management Company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Contact Centre Specialist.

Details
¿ Assist in developing and implementing business plans to maintain, improve and enhance the usage of Contact Centre services by existing client entities
¿ Document and record service requests, issues and problems raised by clients and/or identified by representatives
¿ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client managers and account holders in the associated customer organizations
¿ Document and provide feedback and report service problems to service providers in a timely, precise and action-oriented manner
¿ Graduate with more than 4 years experience in a relevant discipline (preferably Marketing, Communications, IT or Engineering) with good communication skills in English & Arabic

Nationality Preferred: UAE Nationals
