Job description

This vacancy is for our client, an oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi.

ACTIVITIES
Methods:
¿ Administrator of Elise Project: be the focal point to users and be the users facilitators
¿ HR data base: Reporting, ensure accurate data, data cleaning
¿ With IT create a data base for events follow-up (share points)
¿ Participate in the harmonization project
¿ Complete the automatisation of the e-forms (expense claims)
¿ Focal point for HR/ADMIN Intranet.

Rules and procedures:
¿ Contribute to the creation of a Company Management system for HR/Administration: HR department chart, Organizational procedures for admin/HR, Policies, Personnel management,
¿ Prepare and gather information on internal process: mob/demob, secondment to OPCOs, POB, ¿.
Administration/ Logistics tasks:
¿ Contribute to Events preparation
¿ Hotel/travel reservation
¿ Visa follow-up (Tawteen, Tarasol, French Embassy¿)
¿ Provides administrative support to education team: OJT, Scholarships, Summer school
¿ Coordinates OPCOs participation in seminar métier.

Qualification & Experience Required:
¿ Diploma with 5 years minimum experience in similar capacity preferably with multinational organization
¿ Very good communication skills.
¿ Proficient in Microsoft office, including outlook, word and PowerPoint.
¿ English written and spoken fluently. French and Arabic are a plus.
¿ Good written and communication English
¿ Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures.
