¿ Bachelor¿s degree in Business Management or any other business related courses
¿ At least 5 years experience in the same field and UAE experience is Must
¿ In charge of the entire branch managers in his/her assigned area of responsibility as well as meeting them from time to time
¿ Evaluates and assigned branches performance in terms of profitability, production and its employees performance as well
¿ Manipulate company branches that are not performing well
¿ Must be updated with the current economic trends to formulate and apply it on branches under their jurisdiction in order to avoid business failures and loss of sales
¿ Responsible for ensuring all stores have adequate stock levels to achieve their target
¿ Control all administration and ensures that cost parameters are understood and handled by the stores
¿ Responsible for the generation of turnover at the store through the implementation of marketing activities, preparation of budgets and targets, investigation of variances and the application of corrective actions
¿ Liable for all the management process in a wide range such as leading the branch managers to perform well, organizing its branches, controlling uncertain expense and implementing certain strategies to avoid risks
¿ Troubleshooting is done by area managers especially in newly opened restaurants
¿ Valid UAE driving license is must
¿ Any nationality
¿ Salary AED15,000-20,000
