Job description
¿ Graduation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering¿ Minimum 15-20 Years of relevant work experience and Should have handled annual revenue of over AED 100 million
¿ As unit head to Direct the formulation, implementation of policies for the Operations and Maintenance Contracts Division from securing contracts till execution to highest standards and retaining clients with contract renewals
¿ Secures booking of new facilities management contracts by identifying opportunities, bid for tenders, submit bids, negotiate and book jobs for increasing revenue..
