Job description

¿ Any University degree
¿ To successfully conduct inbound / outbound calls, handle emails, faxes and mail, whilst understanding client¿s customer care philosophy and correctly interpreting customers¿ comments.
¿ Previous experience in customer service / Call Centre
¿ Handle inbound / outbound requests via multiple channels (phone, email, mail, fax)
¿ Collect and handle personal information with care and respect (confidentiality)
¿ Ensuring that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained
¿ Meet tight deadlines and demonstrates knowledge about products and services
¿ Solid understanding of policies and procedures and effectively uses systems and tools
¿ Languages known : French, Arabic and English
¿ Nationality ¿ Any Nationality
¿ Salary range : AED 4500¿ 6000
