Job description

Our client, a consulting company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, letters, memorandums, appraisals, reports, proposals, briefings, and administrative forms. Apply a detailed knowledge of organizational procedures and personnel to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for the executive team.
- Demonstrate sound business ethics, including the protection of highly proprietary and confidential information.
- Perform other administrative duties, including telephone coverage and file management, as required. Work with other administrative personnel as a member of the administrative team.

Required Qualifications
Six + years of administrative experience in the UAE. Adept in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of office tools. Excellent written communication skills in English. Fluent in verbal English and Arabic.
