Job description
1) Generates sales inquiries within his designated market.2) Studies tender documents, prepares quotations, follows up and finalizes projects under the supervision of Sales Manager.
3) Liaises with factory on technical and price issues if required.
4) Prepares and submits technical and finishing material submittals and follows up for approvals.
5) Attends site meeting for all sales related issues and coordinates with projects team for site requirements.
6) Follows up all due payment collections.
7) Encodes sales data to Oracle to register new projects in the system.
8) Requests purchase orders, bank guarantees, LC applications etc, related to new orders.
9) Liaises with Contracts Dept and clients to finalize subcontract agreements.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
4-5 years of experience in elevator sales
Computer literate
Valid UAE driving license
Good communication and negotiation skills with presentable personality
