Job description
¿ Take charge of the overall safety of personnel, materials and equipment during the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the project facilities, ensuring that the execution of Safety program is in accordance with the PROJECT APPROVED safety manual, policy and procedures.¿ Become fully conversant with the Safety Regulations of TEC, the OWNER and the laws and Regulations of the COUNTRY, ensuring all the operations at the WORKSITE are conducted to the required safety standards, and that they are maintained throughout construction.
¿ Coordinate and preside over regular SITE safety meetings, to attain and maintain effective OWNER-TEC and TEC-CONTRACTOR communications amongst the safety personnel.
¿ Take charge of the security of PROJECT in the absence of Administration Manager.
¿ Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards are maintained through monitoring of WORKSITE activities.
¿ Issue Safety Reports, as necessary.
Atleast 15 years in Oil & Gas Plant Expert (Pre-Comm. & Comm. Phases)
With 8 years Management Experience.
