Our client, a leading oil and gas company is looking forward to recruit Senior IT Analyst

Main Tasks:
¿ To provide strategic planning and guidance to Management with regard to technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT in the following areas:
- IT Governance and Compliance
- IT Network & Security Assessment
- IT Audits and Risk management
- IT Business Process Re-engineering / Improvements
- IT Disaster Recovery Strategy
¿ Ensure coherence between the IT strategy and company Strategy
¿ To provide guidance during evaluation, selection and procurement as well as providing highly expert technical assistance, and may be responsible for user training and feedback.
¿ To undertake research and analysis that allow the company to make strategic decisions in the IT and to manage assigned IT strategic projects.
¿ Act as a professional resource in project management so project managers are able to apply the company project framework
¿ Produce and make comprehensive, targeted and insightful reports/presentations that summarize findings and recommendations in order to facilitate management decision-making
¿ Knowing where the IT organization is, how well it is performing and where it is going
¿ Ensuring that strategies and strategic ideas are implemented, monitored and reviewed
¿ Supporting the use of a consistent IT project planning methodology and the work of the project teams

Qualifications
¿ B. Sc in Information Technology or equivalent with hands-on experience on strategy analysis, formulation, and implementation.
¿ MBA is a plus

Knowledge, Experience and Skills
¿ Minimum 10 Years experience in IT industry out of which 4 years in the IT strategy formulation and implementation.
¿ Knowledge and experience in implementing ITIL.
¿ Knowledge and experience in establishing and implementing ISO 27000 to improve the Information Security Management System.
¿ Knowledge and experience in establishing and implementing ISO 20000 to improve the IT service management systems.
¿ Knowledge and experience in application of a project methodology.
¿ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English including the ability to present positions ad opinions.
¿ Good negotiation skills
¿ Self-starter with initiative.
¿ Experience of managing multi projects.
¿ Good time management
¿ Ability to work in a team
