Job description

To be the site focal point for all well Integrity Issues (Wellhead, X-mass Tree, Wellbore/completion, Flow Assurance including corrosion & scale). To gather the technical data Inputs related to well Integrity of all the wells (oil producers, water/gas Injectors, observers) to headquarter, on spot analyze well problems ft recommend critical Investigative and/or corrective measures In coordination with headquarter and witness the implementation of critical activities in the field. To coordinate with site, technical departments and other concerned personnel on day to day basis with respect to Integrity related activities & assignments.

Principal Accountabilities
¿ Be the site focal point for all well Integrity issues (Wellhead, X-mass Tree, Wellbore/completion,
flow Assurance Including corrosion & scale).
¿ Carry-out detailed professional inspection of Wellhead/X-mass Tree components and
initiate/follow-up the recommendations & implementations of remedy actions.
¿ Receive and carry out first line analysis of well Integrity data and findings. Closely coordinate with UZFM & UZFP teams to plan and execute further investigations / tests.
¿ Coordinate & assist in the Rig Pre-Mobilization inspection of the well structure & well condition.
¿ Provide spontaneous advice to site teams on well integrity issues.
¿ Follow up the six monthly well Integrity checks by production operators & maintenance technician and carry out spot audits & checks on the quality and coverage.
¿ Coordinate with Headquarter Well integrity engineers on critical investigations/plans viz bleed
off survey, communication Investigation, leak detection & corrosion logging, ate, and provide
onsite supervision during activity performance. Define the well completion Integrity assurance
process for surface & subsurface completion equipment
¿ Supervise well integrity programs for wellhead and subsurface completion equipment and
remedial / repair activities.
¿ Ensure proper monitoring of the wells annul pressure behavior and manage SAP planning
Including program preparation for conducting annulus pressure bleed off surveys, evaluation of
survey results and conclude way forward.
¿ Supervise surface/sub-surface communication investigations in close coordination with site
operational team and communicate the date to headquarter.
¿ Provide full technical assistance to Field Maintenance, Field Surface Operation & Wire line
Operation Supervisors during critical rig-less well operations and advise appropriate trouble
shooting for the operational and technical integrity problems.
¿ Ensure that al field operations are being carried out In accordance with Well Integrity
Management System (WJMS) standards and practices.
¿ Conduct the compliance audit of the Held operational activities like Wire line Intervention,
wellhead twang, Logging, Communication Investigations, Bleed-off Surveys etc..
¿ Coordinate/leed onsite HAZOP & Risk Assessment (RA) associated with well changes / problems
that may have potential impact on well Integrity.
¿ Report progress against change implementation process.
¿ In coordination with headquarter, plan necessary mitigating actions based on well failure models/process & controls, well Integrity life cycle requirement of the well and completion design.
¿ Collect and upload / validate well integrity data in database system (IWIT).
¿ Work according to company HSE rules, policies and participate in Incident/accident
relevant to his assignments and responsibilities.
¿ Recommend on required mitigating actions, based on well failure models / process & controls,
well integrity life cycle requirements of the well and completion design.
¿ Carry out, system change communication activities within assigned asset area and ensure that all stakeholders are involved in / informed of changes.
¿ Prepare well history database related to well integrity issues. Collect and validate well integrity
data in database system and properly maintain data management system.
¿ Monitor & review daily Drilling / Workover / Production activities and identify any well integrity
related concerns.
¿ Review and ensure that well integrity acceptance certificate is in order,
¿ Define well Integrity life cycle requirements, and incorporate in Well Prognosis.
¿ Review well completion material and advice its suitability for future well operating conditions.
¿ Evaluate/Assess the Well Integrity KPI after completion.
¿ Endorse the well planning process (VWA) and advise well integrity requirements for W/O, HST
and New Drilling wells.
¿ Review cement bond and corrosion logs and evaluate barrier envelop and production casing
condition.
¿ Prepare cost estimates for specific services to be acquired to maintain / restore well integrity.
Evaluate/assess the cement quality/integrity across U2 reservoirs in ADMA wells and risk rank
them in terms of possible communication.
¿ Evaluate the well construction integrity in all new and old wells and risk ranks them for further
remedial actions.
¿ Work according to company HSE rules, policies and participate in incident/accident investigations relevant to his assignments and responsibilities.
Organizational Relationships (Work Contacts)
Regular interaction with the other team members in the Business Units (UZFD, DR-DCE / DCO / WES /
TS /PBI, SUFD Field Development) and Support Units (QS-ES / Fl / PS and CM) and Site (UZFP &
UZFM teams) for smooth coordination of work. Bring about integration and synergy in addressing
common requirements of reservoir team, Suppliers and contractors for technical briefing and
negotiation.


Minimum Requirements:
¿ B.Sc. Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
¿ Minimum 10 years experience of petroleum engineering activities related to well construction / completions design and operational aspects, work over, slick wire line operations, logging, CTU operation, fishing, annulus management, corrosion & scale management and control, cement / casing integrity assessment, leak detection surveys & evaluation, artificial lift system etc. preferably in offshore location.
¿ Highly skilled (Technically & Professionally) with thorough understanding of well construction &
completion design and demonstrable experience in maintenance/integrity philosophies &
practices.
