Job description
¿ Responsibilities involve Heat and Mass Balance designs as well as the associated mechanical design for such equipments as Heat Exchangers, Separators, Boilers, Surge tanks, Pump skids, Metering Skids and Tanks understanding the reactions taking place, installing control systems, and starting, running and upgrading the processes.¿ Preparing reports, process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation drawing (PID) based on requirements.
¿ Preparing pressure drop calculation for pipe line, NPSH calculation of pumps and pump selection.
¿ Direct experience in process simulation software such as Hysys, Pipenet, UNISIM, PIPESIM, Pipenet, etc., and thermal design software such as HTRI, Code-Calc etc. for Heat and Mass Balance.
¿ Up-to-date working knowledge of international codes below.
API 6A, 12K, 12J, 16C, 520, 650,600 NACE MR01-75, PED 97/23/EC.
¿ Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering / Oil and Gas Engineering.
¿ 9 + years experience on Design in Oil and Gas industry.
