Designation: Training Coordinator

Education qualification: Minimum graduation in any discipline

Salary: AED 7,000 -/

Years of exp: Minimum 2 years

Compensation & Benefits: On confirmation there will be increase of AED 1000 on the above salary (3 months probation)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

¿ Co-ordinate multiple training sessions from start to finish within required timeframes.
¿ Update data on the internal systems and maintain employee training records
¿ Provide feedback to program participants and management
¿ Prepare various reports and dashboards from various data sources (excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills needed)
¿ Track and report on training outcomes
¿ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
¿ Website content editing
¿ Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
¿ Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
¿ Participate in key projects of the business
¿ Ad-hoc projects / tasks
¿ Coordinate off-site training activities for employees (including Abu Dhabi & Dubai)
