Job description
Job Title:- Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Commercial)Qualification :- Civil Engineering graduate Minimum :- 10 yrs experience preferably with RICS or MRICS; of which 5 years should be in a similar position
*Should be well versed with CCS.
Adept to:
¿ Quality control, Post Contracting QS works and preparing bills.
¿ Comparing Tender drawings & Contract for any variations after commencement of project.
¿ Monitoring project progress
¿ Resource Distribution
¿ Procurement of Materials
¿ Preparation of Subcontractors BOQ
¿ Preparation of Budget statements
¿ Drafting the Correspondence to Consultant & Subcontractors.
¿ Preparation of enquiries for Sub-contractors and getting quotations
¿ Finalization of Sub-contractors¿ quotations making Comparison statements
¿ Submission of Cost variations and getting approval from consultant/client
¿ Checking Sub-contractors¿ Monthly Valuations
¿ Quantities take off as per POMI
¿ Contractual Clarifications & Documentation based on FIDIC/ Local Regulations
