Our client, a leading oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Senior Employee Relations CounselorDetails
¿ Should have Bachelors Degree Graduate in Business Administration with more than 10 years of experience in similar Personnel Administration role within a large organization preferably in Oil & Gas sector.
¿ Should have knowledge of applicable Legislation and regulations relevant to the Employee Relations
¿ Should have high level Communication skills including presentation and domain specific writing skills
¿ Demonstrate high level of Interpersonal skills and should have ability to maintain composure under severe pressure and still perform well
¿ Should have strong commitment to serving and satisfying the needs of internal co-workers and clients and of external stakeholders
