Job description
¿ Leasing Executive shall be responsible for filling up vacant units (Residential/Commercial) and achieving full occupancy.¿ Responsible for negotiating and convincing the tenants and to implement all the lease terms and conditions to the tenants and maintain the optimum rent that can be achieved taking into consideration current market situation against prospective tenants.
¿ Tenants contract follow-up day to day basis to ensure that all lease contracts are being renewed in timely manner within RERA rental increase index and the company system and policy.
¿ Leasing Executive need to maintain a file containing all latest market info and competitors¿ product knowledge and keep it updated.
¿ Follow up on rental payments and recovery on bounce cheques
¿ Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the performance and the status of leasing inventory.
¿ Minimum 4-5 years experience in real estate
