Job description

¿ Bachelor degree in computer science / computer application / Information Tech with relevant ERP experience.
¿ Overall Experience of around 8+Years
¿ Minimum five years of recent, full-time, paid experience in SAP PP module. Experience in at least 2 full project life cycles/Go-Live, experience in support environment
¿ Expertise in Discrete, Process manufacturing and repetitive manufacturing methods
¿ Expertise in solving support issues, Batch Management: Defined and Configured for Production/Process Orders, Good understanding from process Order side.
¿ Expertise in setting Material-Master BOM, work centers (Resource), Routing (Recipes) production Version as well as configuration of enterprise structure from pp-perspective,
¿ Exposure to Demand management and Long term planning aspects having linkages with SAP PP module.
¿ Experience in Running MRP and analysis of their outcome.
¿ Exposure to MRP processes (Demand flow to sales orders, planned order to Production including aspects like production orders/ purchase requisitions/ schedule lines,
¿ Controlling Shop Floor Production orders with material availability
¿ Well versed in office applications & Data Analysis Tools
¿ Sound & working knowledge in the following areas are BOM, Super BOM, Master recipe, Production version, Work center ,MRP-Planning, Shop Floor, Order Settlement
¿ Sound knowledge in Configuration, Integration with FICO,MM,SD, PM modules
¿ working knowledge in PM, QM is preferable
¿ Application of OSS notes , master data uploads (LSMW direct/indirect input)
¿ Cross functional knowledge of SAP Modules such as HCM, FI/CO, MM, SD, BC, LO, SCM, CRM, etc.
¿ SAP ASAP methodology
¿ Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing, documentation and SDLC cycle, Principles of report, screen, and form design, creation of BAPI,BADI, RFC, BDC using Session & Call transaction methods etc
