Job description
¿ Architect/Civil Engineer or Equivalent¿ Minimum 5 Years Experience in project design and construction
¿ Identifying project requirements, prepare Feasibility studies of potential project site
¿ Co-ordination of project requirements internally and externally.
¿ Prepare Financial and project Budgetary costs, Develop project brief with due diligence
¿ Manage and prepare Design Concept of Bank offices and Branches.
¿ Guide Management with regards to contractual and construction legal issues.
¿ Manage the selection procedures of Consultants, Contractors, Vendors/Suppliers, etc.
¿ Preparation of tender documents(if required),tender evaluation and recommendation
¿ Co-ordination of project requirements internally and externally
¿ Nationality ¿ Any Nationality
¿ Salary : AED 18,000 ¿ 25,000
