This vacancy is with our client, leading Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi.

Role:
To support in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all operations related to manufacturing equipments and processes.

Responsibilities:
¿ Adheres with Manufacturing Engineering division¿s policies, procedures and work processes
¿ Supports in reducing and eliminating equipment and tooling downtime or scrap
¿ Supports the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in creating and maintaining process flow and standard operating procedures.
¿ Maintains error proofing methodologies, cell layout enhancements and updates master CAD layouts
¿ Supports project activities and facilitates the team in lean strategies and methodologies
¿ Initiates interior processes as required to correct non-conformances, if any
¿ Assists the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, assembly methods and quality control standards
¿ Supports the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in planning workforce utilization, design, layout of equipment and workspace
¿ Assists the Manufacturing engineering Manager in collaborating with vendors to determine product specifications and extends support in arranging for purchase of equipments and materials
¿ Provides estimates of production frames, staffing requirements and related costs to the manufacturing Engineering Manager
¿ Monitors the activities of workforce based on established procedures and processes.
¿ Provides functional guidance to direct reports on a periodic basis
¿ Undertakes performance review and feedback for direct subordinates
¿ Identifies and arranges for need based training inputs for subordinates
¿ Works within the limits of authority as defined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager- Aerospace.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in relevant Engineering Discipline
Minimum 5 years of similar work experience

Duration of the Project - Short term (3 Months)
