This vacancy is for our client, leading Construction & Contracting Company undertaking projects in oil & gas sector.

Responsibilities of Senior HSE Engineer shall include:

Proficient in carrying out risk assessment together with site supervisor& manager prior to commencement of work.
The successful applicant should meet the following requirements:

¿ At least a university degree with major in HSE related subjects,
¿ At least 5 years of overseas experience in HSE management position and have working experience in Iraq is preferred,
¿ Familiar with OHSA and OGP standards,
¿ Can correct unsafe behaviors and unsafe conditions in a timely and responsible manner,
¿ Ability in collecting traceable HSE related documents and records,
¿ Can work in a multi-national environment,
¿ Ability in handling of interpersonal relationship,
¿ Can work under pressure
¿ High standard of English skill and ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred
