-Extensive IT industry experience, strategy planning, business unit administration as well as team and project management.
-Experience in facilitating group sessions and more specifically strategic planning sessions.
-Knowledge and background of all IS processes and a sound understanding of Company business requirements, expressed in measurable terms.
-Demonstrated ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues.
-Business analysis skills, analytical skills, strategy thinking, able to adapt to a growing user base and changing work environment
-Must be proactive and self driven
-Implement best practices in information technology management.
Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Min Education ¿ BS Degree

Min Exp ¿ 10 years & 5 years in the same field(oil & gas experience is a plus)
