Job description

¿ Maintains fully executed owner contract/purchase orders
¿ Meets owner requirements such as billing deadlines, waivers, and certified payroll.
¿ Monitors status of pending owner change orders.
¿ Codes invoices, performs AP entry
¿ Obtains Project Manager Approvals, and processes for payment.
¿ Ensures timely invoicing in proper
¿ Monitors status of clients receivable
¿ Posts cash receipts.
¿ Tracks project budget
¿ Post journal entries to the companys general ledger
¿ Compile monthly construction invoices for submission to clients
¿ Prepare bank reconciliations for up to 4 accounts
¿ Prepare wire transfers to external vendors and intercompany entities
¿ Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages
¿ Track consulting and construction contracts and change orders
¿ Update construction budgets
¿ Communicate with vendors and maintain vendor information on file
Desired Profile:
¿ Possessing good knowledge of Accounting
¿ Exposure & knowledge of international standards and best practices
¿ Must be able to apply accounting/finance knowledge or technical skills to large number of diverse situations ranging from routine project setup and management to fairly complex financial analysis
¿ Possess working knowledge of required system applications including accounting software, preferably ¿SAP¿
¿ Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite
¿
Experience: Minimum - 8 ¿ 10 Years of Experience with Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Construction Industry
Required Education: Preferred CA or Inter CA/M Com/ICWA
