Job Title: On Job Trainer - Technical & Integrity

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Qualification: Bachelor¿s Degree in Engineering

Required Skills:
¿Knowledge of basic principles of managing Technical Integrity in Projects and Operations
¿Experience in implementing main aspects of work planning, prioritization and preparation, shutdowns and turnarounds planning and execution
¿Knowledge in the development and use computerized maintenance management systems
¿Understand budget planning process, able to analyze and optimize costs, Identify cost improvement opportunities
¿Know the latest technologies in surface production
¿Must have strong influencing/coaching skills and the ability to deliver results through others
