¿ Bachelor¿s Degree in Industrial Engineering is a must.
¿ More than 15 yrs of experience in Aluminium industry preferably in setting up the manufacturing business from scratch.
¿ 10 years experience in a leadership role (General Management) in the same field of business with proven track record.
¿ Nationality preference ¿ German only.
¿ Experience in strategic planning and execution.
¿ Excellent negotiating skills.
¿ Experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
