Job description
¿ Graduate in any discipline with a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management¿ Age Group - 35 - 50 years
¿ Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior role
¿ The role would involve working closely with the Group Admin & HR Manager to support and implement HR initiatives for the Group.
¿ Areas of work would include general administration, recruitment, performance appraisals, training and development, employee relations, talent management and retention and interface with HR operations and payroll.
¿ Experience in Construction Industry would be an advantage.
